Why don't you show prices on the website?

Because your price depends on what you buy, how much, and how often. A generic price list would be misleading – too high for some customers, too low for others. We build each customer's price file individually to ensure fairness and accuracy.

Will my prices jump after the first month?

No. We don't use short-term intro offers. Many new customers tell us they've experienced 'intro offers' where prices quietly creep back up after a few weeks. That's not how we work. The prices we quote are sustainable rates we can honour long-term. If supplier costs change, we'll talk to you about it first.

How often do prices change?

Only when supplier costs move significantly. We review quarterly but only change prices when necessary – and we always notify you in advance with clear reasoning. No silent price increases, no surprises.

What happens if my volume changes?

Your prices are based on your current pattern. If volumes change significantly (up or down), we can review and adjust if appropriate. We want pricing that works for both of us long-term, so we're flexible when your business needs change.
